How to Order



::	Orders can be taken directly from our workshop by calling 1 (828) 627-3948, M-F 9am to 4pm EST. Some items may be purchased directly from our website - Look for the "Buy It Now" buttons

::	Payments can be made by personal check, MasterCard, or Visa

::	A deposit of 50% is required at the time of the order. The remaining balance and shipping will be due before furniture is shipped.

::	Some items indicate free standard shipping, for others shipping costs vary but are typically 10% to 15% of the total order. Some local deliveries may be free of charge. Of course, you may always pick up the piece if you are in Western North Carolina

::	Various shipping options are available depending upon the pieces ordered, including shipping by Gregory Paolini Design LLC personally, UPS, FedEx, Freight, or White glove blanket wrap service.

::	Lead times vary, but most orders will be completed within twelve weeks, unless otherwise specified. Please contact us for detailed lead times
