How to Order
| :: | Whether you wish to order a piece exactly as shown, alter a design or finish, or collaborate with us on a new custom piece, Orders can be taken directly from our studio. Please call us at 1 (828) 627-3948, M-F 9am to 4pm EST, or email us. |
| :: | Payments made by cash or check are preferred, and processing for MasterCard or Visa is also an option |
| :: | For custom orders and non-inventory orders, a deposit is required at the time of the order. The remaining balance and shipping will be due before furniture is shipped. |
| :: | Shipping costs vary but are typically 10% to 15% of the total order. Local deliveries may be available. Of course, you may always pick up your piece from our studio if you are in Western North Carolina |
| :: | Various shipping options are available depending upon the pieces ordered, including shipping by Gregory Paolini personally, UPS, FedEx, Freight, or White glove blanket wrap service. |
| :: | Lead times vary, but most orders will be completed within twelve to sixteen weeks, unless otherwise specified. Please contact us for detailed lead times |
