Solid cherry arch top slats, made popular by Leopold Stickley, adorn the sides of our modern interpretation of a classic Bow Arm Morris chair.  The luxurious leather of this chair will cradle your body, and the four position reclining back adjusts for your comfort..  

Every board is hand selected, paying particular attention to the grain, and  where it will be positioned in the finished chair.  Over fifty mortise and tennon joints are utilized, including the four through mortises in the gently curving arms, which are completely cut and fit by hand.  We complete your chair with a durable, yet silky smooth finish, which is hand rubbed to bring out the grain and luster, just as it was on the original chairs over 100 years ago.  Our signature artisan made stain glass rose is inlaid prominently in the front rail.
